Cultivating Hygiene Habit

A cultivation of good habits almost always guarantee a positive and healthy lifestyle. Be it exercising regularly, eating healthy, sleeping and waking at regular times or washing our hands as frequently as possible, a good practise goes a long way into developing our own sets of habit.


In the midst of the current global pandemic, one of the most common and important piece of advice anyone can give is to wash our hands regularly especially before eating and after going to the toilet, wearing face mask outdoors or indoor public spaces and keeping a safe distance from other members of the public.


These advises may just become our new way of life and it may be a good habit cultivation especially regular hand washing and wearing face mask.
